R-CHAD GENERAL CONTRACTING INC. was originally founded in 2001 as sole proprietorship, known as RC International Construction, by Mr. Raman Chaudhari, a Civil Engineering graduate having experience of over 25 years for construction industry. In a short span of 2 years, the company had earned credentials for quality and as a reliable general construction and management company in Toronto.

Inspired by company’s growth, RC International Construction was incorporated as R-CHAD GENERAL CONTRACTING INC. in September 2003 by Mr. Raman Chaudhari, C.E.T., as President of the company. It has always been company’s primary intention to maintain high standards of business by successful planning and positive approach when executing a construction project. R-CHAD’s short spell tremendous success is certainly not limited to its achievements, it has further look ahead and creativity. Presently the company is in a phase of “fast growth” having own premise office of over 3000 Sft and having many other investment propperties. Over the years, the company is strengthening in the sectors of increased volume of construction work and financial soundness. With a vision to achieve a better future of R-CHAD Group, we have diversified into the sector of real estate development including plaza, gas station, convenience store and other retails, under the name of R-CHAD Development Inc., R-CHAD Properties Inc., R-CHAD Investment Inc.,etc. where R-CHAD can explore its potential and contribution.

Besides a wide network of industry established and competent subcontractors/ suppliers, we are also backed up by in house team of dedicated professionals, experienced and trained staff of project managers, project coordinators, site superintendents and estimators to deliver excellent construction and project management services to our clients. Our hands-on experience and management skills are the key elements for early and within budget completion of our projects.
